All of You Limited publishes archetype.guide. The four-week reading sequence and the monthly letter are separate email publications. Reading a page or downloading a PDF does not sign you up.
About your subscription
Email delivery starts only after you confirm your chosen publication. The editorial service manages delivery, preferences and the retention periods below.
What a request submits
The form submits your email address, the one publication you selected, your affirmative consent, the consent wording version and the archetype brand label to the shared editorial service. Your client IP address is used for request-rate and abuse protection. Confirmation is required before a subscription is active.
Journal entries, collection choices, psychological scores and personal reflections are not included in subscription requests or editorial emails. The collection builder works in your browser.
Public reading counts
On production pages, we count requests for the three public PDFs and successful browser-created collections using two fixed analytics labels. These counts include no collection choices, order, notes, email address or other custom properties. Queries and fragments are removed from reading-room analytics URLs. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track suppress these analytics. A request does not establish that a file was saved or read; creating a collection does not establish learning. Standalone HTML editions, direct PDF requests and JavaScript-disabled use are not measured by these counters.
Your control
Each delivered email includes an unsubscribe link. The editorial service provides confirmation, preference and unsubscribe pages. Choosing one publication does not enrol you in another. The monthly letter is ongoing; the four-week sequence ends after its fourth note. A paused subscription does not receive its scheduled letters.
Retention periods
- Unconfirmed requests are deleted 30 days after the last request.
- For completed or unsubscribed subscriptions, the encrypted email address and old queued-message content are cleared 90 days after the last activity.
- Consent history is kept while a subscription is active or paused, then for two years after the last activity on a closed subscription.
- Minimal publication opt-out records, token hashes and hashed bounce or complaint suppression records are retained to honour opt-outs and prevent unwanted sending. These minimal records do not retain raw email addresses.
The editorial delivery service manages these retention periods.
Delivery and correspondence
The shared editorial service manages the subscription and delivery queue. Resend provides email delivery.
The verified sending identity is letters@archetype.guide. Replies are directed to rob@peopleworklife.com; the sending identity should not be treated as an inbound mailbox.

Service availability
If the service is unconfigured or unavailable, the form reports that honestly. A preview response means no email was sent through the delivery provider and does not claim an active subscription. Public archives, HTML readings and PDF downloads remain available.
